Our standard client is a VP or CxO that needs 10 - 40 hours / month of access to a consultant/coach for the executive and their staff. We often begin by creating or improving the business strategy. Then we focus on strategic issues, along with providing best practice processes, methods, and tools around the achievement of the stated mission and goals. As momentum and speed increases we work with individual senior staff members on specific issues and opportunities.
Our role is fluid just like your business. One month we are analyzing entering a new vertical market and the next its a detailed process reengineering.
