Integrated Strategic Management:
- Define the vision, mission, values, and goals on a 3 year or 1 year basis
- Internal analysis of the organizations people, processes, and technology across sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and R&D to enable successfully implementation of the goals
- External analysis of the competitors, suppliers, partners, customers, providers, and macroeconomic, social, political, and legal forces that reinforce or repell the achievement of the 3 year or 1 year goals
- Creation of implementation plans with cross functional goals on a quarterly or monthly basis to achieve the stated strategic goals
- Creation of governance or control methods such as balanced scorecards, management reviews, dashboards, surveys, staff/council meetings, etc. to create highly efficient monitoring of status towards the goals
- Strategic Projects: new business creation, process reengineering, vertical market entry, competitor analysis, financial statement recommendation, supply chain project prioritization, sustainability/carbon reduction options, cost savings recommendations, etc.
Sales and Marketing:
- Create or improve the sales and marketing strategies
- Interm sales executive support
- Account management services to channel partners
- Awareness and buzz by engaging with opinion leaders
- Create and deploy standard implementation programs for partner onboarding
- Investigate new vertical market opportunities to increase sales.
