Business Strategy Creation: Incorporated the company and developed a comprehensive business strategy for a start-up location based entertainment firm using the EPIC methodology. This included a competitor analysis, developing a 3 year financial cash flow projection, sales/marketing plans, sourcing hardware/software, as well as implementation and staffing plans. 
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor numerous public and private databases along with industry networking to collect useful competitor information and then provide analysis and recommendations for use in sales cycles and the business strategy process. 
Integrated Strategic Management: Worked with a division within a Fortune 500 company to create and implement an integrated strategy process along with advising management on how to improve organizational effectiveness.
